March 14-16th

Twice a year the staff organizes a weekend away on an island in Malaysia . We went to Sibu in September and now to the resort D’Coconut on an island that I forget the name of.
Anyway, we left Friday after school and drove across the Border and then on into Malaysia for two hours to get to the ferry that took us 30 minutes to the island. We arrived at about 8pm, had dinner, a few drinks and went to bed. Saturday was spent walking down the beach, swimming in the ocean, reading on the beach and by the pool and some beach volleyball. The evening was spent having some drinks and great conversation on the beach.
My camera went missing in mid afternoon while playing beach volleyball. As you can imagine I was pretty worried about it, I had a 2G card in it, with pictures from December, our whole Dubai trip and Madi over the past few months. Anyway, after much searching and worrying, Sunday morning someone turned up with it…so all was okay. But I am missing a significant number of pics from Saturday night. Steve got a bit silly and was up into the wee hours of the morning.
Sunday was spent doing much the same as Saturday, although some of us were feeling a little rough. We left Sunday afternoon and arrived back in Singapore at about 9pm. The weekend was wonderful, nothing to do but relax! We missed our little angel lots, but she seemed to have a fine weekend with Josefina.
